1. Nature of the Service
Ennis Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and local directory collections relevant to Ennis, Texas. It does not host government records and is not connected with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
